Carmen Mariș has over 20 years of experience in developing and implementing projects for both the public and private sectors. Her project portfolio includes numerous technical assistance projects for central and local public authorities in Romania, as well as projects to access grant funding for private companies. Carmen also has project management experience in a number of projects implemented at European level, such as DG Reform, City of Vienna, Interreg Baltics, as well as collaborations with internationally renowned companies (EY, Deloitte, KPMG, WIIW, ACE, ICF).
Carmen has also been directly involved in Cohesion Policy programming exercises for the periods 2014-2020, and more recently for the MFF 2021-2027. She has extensive experience in strategy development, evaluation of national programmes and policies, setting up monitoring systems, developing indicators, conducting large-scale consultations, attracting funding and implementing projects.
In terms of relevant experience in implementing training projects, Carmen has been involved in the implementation of more than 5 training projects implemented for MDRAP and private companies, as well as in the implementation of the Romanian Court of Accounts project as project manager, a project aimed at transforming the organizational culture at the CoA level.
