Ionut Tarcea



Ionut is a Business Unit Manager in Organizational Culture and has over 20 years of experience in marketing and since 2007 he is an entrepreneur and consultant.

In the past, Ionut was involved in one of the most active and demanding areas: telecommunications. He was one of the youngest marketing directors in the country, working for the giant brand in telecommunications RCS&RDS (DIGI). Ionut is one of the founders of the innovative concept of deHartie marketing - a creative interactive brand-consumer channel. In addition, his passion for bicycles materialized and Ionut became one of the initiators for the Biciclop store.

Since 2007, when he joined the Ascendis team, Ionut has been involved in over 400 organizational development projects, diagnosis and culture change, strategic planning, innovation, training and specially created workshops, depending on his customers challenges. He has work experience with different management and operational teams within IT&C, finance, energy, retail, and pharmaceutical industries.

Ionut belives that if you do good, you will get good in exchange. Therefore, he is involved in several civic projects and he supports non-profit organizations, universities and entrepreneurs, by providing training and counseling. He strongly belives that our life is the result of our ambitions and determination.

Ionut is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, the Faculty of International Economic Relations, and holds an executive MBA from WU Vienna University.
