Alexandru joined the Ascendis team at the beginning of 2023 and he is a 3-in-one formula: coach, trainer and business developer. With more than 20 years of experience in middle and top management in Sales and Sourcing spread across various industries (Telco; Advertising; Media and IT&C) and with 12 years of private practice as a Jungian psychoterapist accredited by Copsi and ARPA.  Alexandru Cojocaru is specialised in Sales, Verbal and Non-Verbal Communication, Soft Skills, Growth Mindset and EI.

He is mixing psychology with the business environment experience, presenting and building courses for Ascendis on subjects such as: Sales, Motivation, Communication, Business Etiquette, Storytelling etc. He is analyzing the corporate reality and the human side from an applied psychology perspective. His favorite icebreaker is humor. 

Regarding coaching, Alexandru works with teams and people from a broad range of industries and hierarchical positions from white- and blue-collar professionals to middle and C-level executives who are in search of a refresh or a new perspective.

He thinks that there is no antidote for compliments and that proper business and personal etiquette give an extra edge in business. He considers that skills can be trained, behaviors changed and every one of us is able to raise our level using 5 key ingredients: clearly defined objectives, repetition and continuous learning, willpower, a bit of talent and an inner sense of purpose. He is eager to learn new things and he is passionate about education, science and sports. 

Alexandru has graduated from the Psychology University of UITM in Bucharest, followed by a master's degree in Analytical Psychotherapy at Spiru Haret. He also completed the SNSPA master's in Marketing and Advertising.
