Dan Stancu became an Ascendis consultant in early 2011. His thirteen years of experience in FMCG and financial banking areas have helped him realize that the efficiency of managers within an organization greatly depends on the degree of professional development of the teams they lead. Consequently, Dan believes that adopting a business strategy based on the quality of human resources ensures medium and long-term competitive advantages for Romanian companies.
Throughout his years in consulting, Dan has been involved in the diagnosis and change of organizational culture projects, defining and modeling performance management systems and training sales forces. He has worked with companies from the financial, automotive, IT&C, industrial production, retail, pharmaceutical and FMCG industries.
He is an economist. He graduated from the Faculty of Economic Sciences, and from an EMBA program organized by ASEBUSS Bucharest, in cooperation with Kennesaw State University in Atlanta, Georgia.
