Alina has joined the Ascendis team as a natural next step to her 20 years of experience and passion in Human Resources. She has always known she would have three different careers, and being a trainer became a clear path after her first transformative experience in a training program. Alina recently decided to add her training experience in the Process Communication Model to Ascendis.
