Raluca Păun has been an Ascendis Consultant since 2016, she is responsible for developing and delivering marketing and innovation training as: design thinking, ideas generation workshops, innovation, communication and marketing strategies, branding and positioning, pricing strategies, marketing campaigns management, She is delivering marketing consultancy projects for building the marketing strategy & plan. She takes part in implementing assessment centers for the marketing teams.
Raluca is passionate about building brands and creating deep consumer connections with the brand through communication. She considers that marketing should always prioritize the business aspects and be aligned with the company's long-term objectives. She studied marketing and market research and has worked for various multinational companies for over 20 years, in different geographies (Romania, Ukraine, Russia, Serbia, Poland, Israel).
