Dragos Ifrim has been an Ascendis consultant since 2007. He joined the team because of his desire to interact and share experience and knowledge. He has over twelve years of experience in sales and marketing. He started his career in B2B sales in FMCG, coordinating and building different distribution systems, and later experiencing entrepreneurship challenges.
In the years he has been within Ascendis, Dragos has collaborated with over 100 companies, being involved in various organizational development programs, as well as facilitation programs for the development and improvement of sales, negotiation and merchandising skills.
Calm and cheerful by nature, he cherishes spending his time with family and friends.
He is an engineer. He graduated from the Faculty of Engineering, at Lucian Blaga University, and, also, has a BSc in marketing, from the Faculty of Management and Marketing.
