Ciprian Răglean joined Ascendis in 2022, after having 21 years of experience in management, marketing, entrepreneurship and multicultural team management.
Ciprian has over 16 years of management experience in Romania, in various multinationals. In addition, Ciprian has led multinational teams for 5 years in the Middle East, both in Egypt and in the United Arab Emirates. 
He has participated with Ascendis clients and other companies in identifying employees' training needs and customizing training programs, in various fields such as marketing, management, customer value management, data analysis techniques, intercultural management, emotional intelligence and leadership. 
Positive and optimistic, analytical and results-oriented, passionate about working with people and eager to learn continuously, Ciprian combines in his activity solid business experience with the respect and curiosity to discover and understand the uniqueness of each person.
