The approach only by training of the organizational development is incomplete.  The counseling services allow the diagnosis of the initial situation, as well as the specific intervention in each company.

This is the reason for which ASCENDIS proposes the following actuators:

• Personnel evaluation and development centers, simulating actual working situations, meant to highlight the level of the competences in the company.  Personalized development plans are built, objective promotion decisions are facilitated and the company’s talents are identified on the basis of the evaluation’s results.
• Counseling for the optimization of the internal processes and of the management and performance systems. In a time when change is the only constant and the performance has become a survival condition, continuous improvement is an integrant part of each business model.
• Assessment of the organizational structure and culture, within the company, as well as within the partnership network (resellers, dealers, distributors, alternative sales channels, providers).
